BRIAR — ROSE SINCLAIR Briar — Rose was born in Queens, New York to parents Alexander and Valentina Sinclair in the winter of 1995. As her mother, and even the women before on her mother's side, she had been born in to a family of women who had the powers of lunar manipulation. Briar did not know about this until she was around the age of 13, as that's when most of the women in her family's powers started to develop.
